Unifull America, Inc. has an opening for Business Development Specialist at 355 Woodruff Road, Suite 102, Greenville, South Carolina 29607. 40 hrs/wk; 9am -5pm.
Responsibilities: Work with Sales Director to achieve the sales target by creating detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas. Unearth new sales opportunities (e.g. industry exhibitions) through networking to turn them into long term partnerships; Use key accounts data to help Sales Director to determine annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results by using data-management software, like Excel, SPSS, R Studio, Tableau, SQL to generate some primary data analysis models, such as histogram, regression curve and other intuitive data. Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal; Keep close contact with key accounts and do best to secure the business with them. Present products to prospective clients. Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the customers’ dedication. Communicate with key accounts and make sure all the products and service to them satisfy them. Respond to complaints and resolve issues aiming to customer contentment and the preservation of the company’s reputation. Implements sales programs with key accounts. Negotiate agreements, create sales contract and invoice, and keep all document of sales and data. Familiar with various social media software. Assists in the development of and manages production and delivery of publications, including seasonal brochures, flyers, posters, direct mail promotions, calendars, and other marketing support materials; writes, designs, and produces materials as required. Proficient in Adobe system, like Photoshop and Premiere, Audition, Illustrator, After Effects etc. Use Marketing method to analysis market trend such as key account information, competitor information and give suggestion to sales director. Develops and maintains a comprehensive list of press, media, and community communication mediums; writes, produces, and distributes press kits, feature stories, calendar listings, public service announcements (psas), and other items for all sponsored events. Collect market information and give suggestion to sales director to adjust selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand. Maintains professional knowledge. Facilitate the resolution of disputes with the public or external vendors. Support the implementation of promotional plans. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Requirements: Master’s degree in marketing, media, or international trade, plus 12 months of experience as a Business Development Specialist in a field related to international trade. Experience must include marketing skills, key account service skills, communication skills, sales skills, int’l logistics skills, documentation skills, analytical skills; Good communication skills with customers from different cultures; experience in advertising design. Proficient in Photoshop and Premiere, Audition, Illustrator, After Effects software; Experience in Excel, SPSS, R Studio, Tableau, SQL and other data analysis software in the work application.
